Well, to get Limewire out of its .bin format you must first open Stuffit Expander. Then you go to to Expand in the file menu (Some version you can press apple and E) then select the .bin limewire file. After expanding yuor should get something called installer poping up (Usually on the desktop) and then double click it. From there you will guided to the rest of the process. i am not sure that it just throws everything in the trash, when i installed it just loaded the install Wizard and that was it.
