 I feel bad for you, but when nobody replies it generally means that we don't have a clue as to why this is happening to you... The only thing i can suggest is ring your ISP and ask them about the set up you have on the roof and if there is a Nat Firewall built into it... If you can get any info at all about the modem/router we might be able to google it and come up with something...
