| i tried dloading nero and it said [windows has found a problem with this file]. why do u think that happened? |

| I'm not sure...perhaps it's an antivirus/firewall issue...you could try disabling those while you download (don't forget to turn back on!) If you still can't get it to download, perhaps you can tell us what you were planning to use Nero for. That will help us to recommend another product.  Good Luck  Dan |

| i only need a program to convert videos from limewire to dvd...i would like to play the videos on my home dvd player. |
