Unable to delete old Shortcuts HELP!

hi I have some shortcut links from downloads I have deleted that come up when i search my hard drive they are cluttering things up. I have tried using cleaners, erasers, defragmenting and even some command prompt stuff(which is greek to me) and these old deleted files keep coming up!

Can someone tell me how to completely purge them?
