 Sorry,here's as much as I can , Vista home premium zone alarm (configured to let limewire operate) Windows firewall (turned off) 172 gb free 958 mb ram Running computer from a house Limewire version 4.14.10 Java standard edition 6 the connection test for limewire said test worked I have no other p2p programs There is a brick wall icon in front of the world Anti virus is AVG free ISP is BT  |

| Has LW worked before, or is this your first try? Try this, it's been a fix for quite a few Vista users: Uninstall both ZA & LW (start > all programs > limewire & use the uninstall option there). Now reinstall LW & use the offline installer (when you click to download LW, cancel the dialog box that pops up & choose the option to download the offline installer). Once LW's installed, reinstall ZA. |
