In LW tools > options > advanced > system startup. Untick 'run on system startup > apply > ok. This will fix things if LW starts just once, when your computer starts.
If LW's continually trying to start, sounds like you have a worm. There's a fix here to try, it's worked for a lot of people. Click on the link below. The easy fix for Limewire popping up every few seconds (try this first)

Always make sure that you're using a good AV program. Keep it updated & use it to scan all files that you download before you open them.
I'm no expert, but it sounds like the Panda problem's related to your computer being infected. Within that 'Viruses on the network' thread is info about multiple zip/rar files appearing. That thread has links to various AV programs & online scans. |
