FireWall Problem

I have tried everything, I also got a new laptop, Windows Vista and it gives me the same little brick wall. I also have turned all my firewalls off, but it doesn't do any good. I have even got a dell support group to hack into my computer to try and see if they could fix it, but they say LimeWire can not be connected useing Windows Vista. so if anyone else thinks they could help PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
