im using windows vista and i have no problem downloading songs but they will not play. when i try to launch them nothing happens. the player doesnt start. could someone please help me. ive tried everything i know to do.

It sounds like you could have CODEC problems -- you will have to use an alternate audio player. Go to this link by LOTR (Alternate audio Players) scroll down to post #3 - and choose one. (There are 4 free ones listed.)

I too am facing one such problem but with a video file. I use XP, downloaded divX movie but it wouldnt play. It says "The content is blocked and can be played only by the equal software". whats this equal software. some one help me...

I Think?? This is a CORRUPT File. What they will do is try to get you to Buy and Download a so called Player that supposedly will play the file. Its a scam. Delete this file and don't Buy anything.
Just a suggestion... Check ALL Video Files with Bitzi before Downloading and Scan ALL Files with a Good AV before opening. The Network is Loaded with Fake and Corrupt Files.

This is how it works. After you have completed your search, Right click on the file that you're interested in. Now go to Advanced > Lookup File With Bitzi. Left click on that and a new browser window will open which is Bitzi. Now you will see how other members have rated this file. If you see something like "Bitprint not found" then Leave it alone. Its probably a Fake or Corrupt File. If it has been Rated then you can read what or how the members feel about the file.
