You could also try a complete uninstall/reinstall of LW & Java & use some cleaner apps in between but I wouldn't like you to lose your Pro version. If you don't have the installer saved or don't have current Pro benefits to download a new free installer then you'd lose the Pro that you have at the moment.

That's why I asked if you have current Pro benefits or an installer saved... I'm assuming that you do, because you said earlier that you reloaded LW - but I'm just checking to make sure

Let me know how you stand with the Pro installer & I'll give you a link with instructions for uninstalling, cleaning etc
