Okay scratch that, figured out the java with a little assistance.

With that being said...

I deleted and readded Limewire to the Vista Firewall (although it's still disabled.)

I uninstalled Java and replaced it with the offline installation.

I checked Tools and Advanced Tools and it says that I AM behind a Firewall but when I click on why it says unknown.

I don't understand!

I'm going to continue down the list on that other thread and see if it gets me anywhere.
