Nexus Unit is flying high

Okay it loads but now it won't let me get past the configs!
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 32 and Limewire Basic 5.5.13
Please help me!
Also don't know how to set up a test account!

Go to Control Panel > User accounts > create a new account

Have you tried changing compatibility mode? Keep trying different options, there are many for Windows 7.
