| W2k Professional. No connection problems. ISTM that a lot of the connection problems come from XP home users (my own experience leads me to dislike XP home with a vengeance). I would say that most people running W2K or XP Pro are likely to know what they are doing and stand a much better chance of overcoming problems without needing help (Quite aside from the operating systems being better than 95/98/ME/XP home). It doesn't help that XP home hides the filing system so that many people have little or no idea that it exists (hence many "where are my files" complaints). - There is a strong argument for moving the default save and incomplete folders out of the Program Files hierarchy (in my opinion, only programs should go under there - not data).
