Go to shortcut, then target, then type (exactly, quotes in their places) "name of java super directory\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1\bin\javaw.exe" -cp . RunLime Which is, on windows, usually "C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1\bin\javaw.exe" -cp . RunLime That should work.
