running apps

I have the followung apps that run on startup:
NAV 2004
Windows Messenger
Verizon Online DSL
Norton Password Manager
Creative Taskbar
Norton Ghost 2002

Thats all. And this error has only happened with Limewire.

your advice is greatly appreciated.
