Xp Shutdown Issue

EVERY time I launch Limewire 3.8.7 and connect up to the network my computer shuts down after a few minutes. It doesnt lock up, it HARD REBOOTS!

HELP!!!

I have:
-XP SP1
-P4 3.2Gig HT CPU
-1 Gig RAM
-1/4 Terabyte Storage
-256mb Nvidia Video
-DSL Internet Connection
