![]() I am also having troubles installing limewire under windows 2000. The installer seems to finish, but it does not create any icons from which to execute the program. So, I tried executing it manually from the jar file i assumed to contain the main program - limewire.jar. I used the command java -jar limewire.jar to no avail - I got the message "Main-Class" not found (something like that) - I then discovered that this could be a problem with jar's created through jre1.1 - which means that the jar is incompatible with my jre1.3. So, is there a way for me to execute limewire under windows2000, with jre1.3? |
