| Do you have another program that uses lot of RAM and CPU like LW so you can test if your computer is simply overheating? ie a 3d game? It seems like an harware issue, but of course Norton AV is not a good choice for any computer health: use AVAST (free), less CPU, RAM used and less registry messing. Ciao
