I have been using Limewire a few years now. I have paid for PRO 3 x. It never remembers me and it keeps telling me that none of the email addresses I've used are in the database. I'm very frustrated.

Odd. I just tried, and the lookup page at http://sales.limewire.com/support/? worked fine.

I've had troubles in the past remembering which email address i had used, but eventually hit the right one.

Anyway, the Pro page usually switched to a link with a reminder that my Pro expired, and I just used the link from there to get it renewed.

Don't you still have the link to your old page?

well, sorry to hear that. I don't know if there's much more you can do short of getting another Pro.

A new beta should be coming out shortly--why not just use the Free for now (it's pretty good), or just go ahead and get a new Pro. The regular and open source developers have really put in lots in the last few months, so the support is well deserved.
