I'm having the exact same problem, I posted it earlier and I was just completely ignored. I've tried tons of different things and nothing has worked yet and the Limewire team doesn't even have the courtesy to say "We Don't Know what to do" so we can stop checking back here everyday. And you're downloads will keep going because I usually just turn it on and leave and when I come back my downloads are usually done, or atleast higher than before. But you're right it is extremely irritating having to retstart it and get new sources.
