| If you are using Limewire pro you get e-mail support Basic you don't ... the bugs@ address seems to be unusable. I think. My first suggestion is that you uninstall Limewire, including the preference folder. Make a fresh install of Java using the downloaded insataller. Then download the installer (alternative version) off limewire. See this link: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...=fixes+working - and sorry no one answered your first post.
