Default Java 1.5.0+ causes PC to 100% cpu

This is my second post on this same topic. So far, have not seen any responses. I am really surprised that no one have experienced/seen this problem.

PC is WinXP sp2 with all patches. >500M Ram

Installed Limewire 4.10.9 - ran fine with Java 1.4.10. Upgraded Java to 1.5.0.6 - PC cpu goes to 100% whenever Limewire runs. I have also tried Limewire 4.11 beta version which, during installation, automatically upgrades Java to 1.5.03. Again, PC goes to 100% when Limewire runs.

Anybody has any idea? I like to use Java 1.5.0* because it has multilanguage support. Any help is appreciated.

You are the first I have seen or heard of with this problem. This would be a Java problem my guess is a conflict with another program but I have no Idea what program. You probably should go to the Java Forum and ask this question since this is a Java problem not a LimeWire problem. People there would be more likely to know the answer or be able to work it out.
