thx, i'll try the ccleaner thing... i already checked for viruses, but didn't find any.
i'm especially worried that ctrl+alt+del seems to be disabled

See Errors due to mistakenly uninstalling LW using Add/Remove control panel - what to try now. Read from here onward!
You should uninstall the LW you have there atm. Start menu > Programs > LW > Uninstall

Also check for viruses.

Ouch! That is definitely a virus that got you then. Also worth seeing is WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! (click on link). Be wary, not all AV programs can pick up all viruses.
