It's a virus that causes LW to continually open up on it's own. Deleting LW won't get rid of the virus.

Try the fix here: To fix the limewire keeps popping up / no taskmanager bug do the following

Try scanning you system with AVG Anti-Virus Free. I seem to remember somone posting that it fixed it for them.
