I clicked send, but i'm sure that won't help my problem... Their was more that was in the error, but i don't think it had anything to do with the problem... So far i have tried reinstalling it and redownloading it... any other ideas?

Try This. You may have more than one Version of Java causing the problem or its not the latest version. Be sure to use the Offline Installer.

Remove All Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Version. (Download the JRE Offline Installer)
Java SE Downloads Fourth one Down.
