![]() I recently upgraded versions of LimeWire Pro, and - for some reason - things have reverted back to the non-Pro version, and it is asking me to upgrade. I already have a Pro license, but I cannot find the information in the normal place I keep such things. How do I go about getting my license key, so I can properly enter the information in the program... gain the benefits of Pro again? Thanks. |

![]() I assume - somewhere - I have to provide a registration number. I have not changed my e-mail address, but the application certainly quit working as Pro (no warning). At this point... I do not remember how much I paid. But, I do remember purchasing directly from the LimeWire folks. I would assume there would be some type of Customer Support e-mail address or telephone number. But, I cannot find on on the screen. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks. |

![]() Phone support is not available and email support is only available for Pro members. It seems a little suspect that you would just lose your Pro installer out of the Blue. LW Pro subscriptions are Good for 6 Mnths and 12 Mnths. After your subscription runs out, you are still allowed to continue to use your Pro Version. The only things that are Not available to you are the Updates and email support. This is the ONLY site to download an Authintic Version of LW. ![]() I have exactly the same problem as wstewart. When I recently updated to the latest version of Limewire I lost my Pro Status. I tried updating back to Pro but Limewire would not recognise my Email address. I have only ever used the one email address. I have been using Limewire for about 2 years and paid for Pro some time ago (about $29.95 Australian) Like wstewart I was given a number to enter to activate Pro. Now I am in a quandary with Limewire not recognising my email address and, apparantly, no other way of contacting them. It seems that I have to wave goodbye to my money. Not a very satisfactory state of affairs for an otherwise excellent program. |

Please RE-READ the Above Quote to make sure you Fully Understand the Suscription time frames. Either Continue to use an Expired Pro Installer and don't upgrade, OR Upgrade and Buy the New LW Pro Installer. |

![]() Ihave a similiar problem.. I boiught pro for $35 when using my dad's computer(windows) but at home on my mac limewire does not show as that I have pro. Why Is there no contact #, very poor customer service- makes me wonder if this really is a scam..should I report to BBB? |

![]() I reckon we've been ripped off. Their 'customer support' (that's a joke) sent me an email to ring a telephone number--from Australia that will cost me more than the money I spent on downloading the program (and it was because of a file I downloaded via Limewire Pro that my computer crashed) |
