Errors occur whilst on Internet

I keep getting a message to say "errors occurred, and to let Internet Explorer know with boxes Send, Don't Send or Debug" then it shuts down, even when I send or don't send or debug. It just keeps doing this whilst I am on email or on the Internet

It is so very frustrating. Anyone know what to do?
