Problem whith the look

I have a problem whit my limewire. I have been using it for 1 ½ year,
and i have newer had problem.
But whrm i install 5.1.2 my limewire screan got black, i could nor se the icons,
so it´s imposibel to use.
I tryed to go back to 4,18, but stil same problem.
I changed my monitor from 800x600 to 1260x1024, but it didnt help.
ANNYBODY KNOW ABOUTH THR PROBLEM?

Why did you post here? Topic has nothing to do with your problem.

Try changing compatibility mode to Windows XP or another & see if that helps. ie: right-click the LW program or its shortcut & choose compatibility mode.

First time here. didn´t know were to post it.
I have upgrated my PC to java 6 13, no help there.
My pc is a vista home pro, is it vista that is the problem?
And where should i go whith my problem

With your problem, I'd have suggested General Vista Support section. This section is for custom made skins.

What I meant about re-installing all from scratch was that either or both the installations of LW/Java could be corrupt. Online installations do have a % of users ending up with corrupt installations. Offline installing is much more reliable. Also removing previous Java versions, cleaning up registry can be important.

Your problem 'might' also be video card related. Have you checked the video card's advanced settings?
