 I think a good rule of thumb is, if you can buy it, then it is illegal. Legal sites would be something like this. Files from here are legal. + MagnetMix.com +: The Source for Good Content. Also Files with a Creative Commons License is fine. There are other files like Ebooks that are also fine to share, but be sure to always use Bitzi because alot of these if not most are Zip Files that could contain some bad stuff. How to use Bitzi Web Lookup .. & How to use Magnet Links & Direct Connect/Browse/Chat. Also depends what country you are in. Different jurisdictions, different laws. Hope this helps.
