 Yes it does, but don't get hung up on the "advertised" download speed, most ISPs the world over cannot deliver what they promise and some of them even have anti-P2P practices, i.e. they install "bandwidth shaping" equipment that blocks P2P traffic but lets browser traffic through untouched.  |
