Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Unfortunately older versions of pro are not available.

Otherwise everyone would be getting free pro versions. I'm not sure about the difference between 4.12.6 & 4.12.11, but you can check the changes here Changelog - LimeWire
Some versions behave better for some people's set up compared to other versions. It's not an easy answer.
