If desiring to downgrade from LW 5 to LW 4, please let us know. We recommend downgrading to LW 4.16 instead of LW 4.18 because of problems with LW 4.18. However there are a few tricks you need to know about first, so let us know if you wish to downgrade.  Our tests showed that it is far more effective to downgrade to LW 4.16 rather than 4.18 which appears to have some bugs with recognising LW 5 incomplete files in any form. |
