If you've tried everything in the links in the two posts above, then ... go to Start menu -> All Programs -> LW -> Uninstall ... if that option is there. In any case, run CCleaner again.

tools, options, 1st configure button will bring up the choices you seek, though I don't know why you'd seek them. Careful, lotsa viruses out there.

So i should be fine. I downloaded files on my old Cpu years ago with the old limewire basic and no security software installed and never had any problems.
Anyways,Thanks cause i've lost like 10-20 300MB video downloads already
because Limewire would wait for them to finish downloading then erase them...
