So it will not even install or refuses to open?
If it is able to install, look for a file called LimeWire.jar probably located in the LW program folder if one exists for linux. For Windows the LimeWire.jar file is inside a folder called lib, for MacOSX it is found inside a folder called Java within the resources directory. On Windows and MacOSX LW can be opened via opening the LimeWire.jar file.
Also, have you checked http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...tu-debian.html
I know none of the LW 4 versions have been affected by the java issues, I am not sure about Linux. There are LW clones you could try instead, almost all are based off LW 4's design, as is FrostWire. |
