Can´t be the whole truth. I´m sharing 300 files. At start everything works fine. Then most times gnotella semms to freeze (all CPU-time wasted in Afiledb). But sometimes - without doing anything - the program recovers, everything works as it should.

I also observed, decreasing the number of items in the download list (there at any time several not finished downloads) has an significant effect, too.

And what does Afiledb do anyway. I closed that once, Gnotella worked on as before (I can´t see any difference) without anymore delays (no wonders since my cpu was running hot only in this program and no wonder more memory won´t help).
