 it was lag - but this can't be it? hm ... i was sharing my mp3-folder, which makes up >4GB. I removed that and only share movies now - only 7 files or so having the same amount of data. now it walks (it definatly doesn't run though!). come on - is that the same with all of you? i am running Gnotella on a 500MHz Athlon with 128MB RAM. is that really so crappy slow? please report how you experience Gnotella. i btw didn't have the "monitor changes" option on. but if it is always that slow, i will use BearShare instead - although i seem to like Gnotella more ... and if it "freezes" for you, try out sharing only few files, it seems to help ... the GNUTELLED guy  |
