 LimeWire 3.0.2 Pro for OSX installation problem solution Here is the solution if you downloaded and opened this application so as to have the installer icon on the desktop but you are unable to get the installation running. A double click on the icon merely resulted in a fast appear & disappear of the bouncing icon in the dock. I discovered that the solution is to open the download with Stuffit Expander 6.0......NOT Zipit, NOT Stuffit Expander 7.0 or 7.0.3. Only by opening with Stuffit Expander 6.0 did a "workable" installer icon appear on the desktop. The other installers were duds. Anybody know why?  suffit expander I recently upgraded from 2.9 to 3.2 with no problem. I have the icon in the dock, not on the decktop. This link will take you to suffit expander. http://www.stuffit.com/mac/ |
