 Does the Apple Menu->Software Update show any updates available for your Mac? Another poster with a similar problem was missing a Firmware Update. If up to date, more info about the crash can be seen by opening your Mac's "Console" (it's in the Utilities folder). Open Console, then try LW again, and look at the error messages in Console that happen. Those messages can be copied and pasted, and should help find the problem.  |
