I just downloaded the new limewire for Mac OS X (not limewire pro) and now my old limewire library folder has completely disappeared. In other words, I've lost over 100 files of rare music within the span of two minutes. What the hell happened? I hope that I'm wrong. Did this happen to anyone else?

Also, I'm not finding the new lime wire to work well at all. In fact, everytime I tried to dowload something it said it couldnt' download.

The Library Pane only shows Shared folders. You can add the old folder back from the file menu or the preferences.

The files should still be on your hard drive (click on the desktop and then choose Find from the Finder's File Menu, or just hit command - F You can type in the name of a file you knew you had on your hard drive)

hmmm. it doesn't seem to be working. Let me make another post to the community about what my friend thinks may have happened and what I can do.
