Ok, stief, I'm having the same problem. Here's what's happened to date...

I deleted LW from my 10.3 Powerbook. Then, installed it again. When I installed and started it up, it didn't give me anything.

So I did everything you listed.

Now, when I load it up, it starts not connected. When I connect, I get the following bug report, and it can't even connect to the bug server. It used to work before I uninstalled it the first time.
