I am having the same problems!! I am connected but am getting empty search results. I have tried disconnecting and then reconnecting and still nothing. Went thru all the FAQs, tech. support qs, everything I could think of and still am getting nada. I need help and I really don't have any idea how to do this whole forum thing so if you get any help from anyone please just email me direclty. You can just copy and paste what they send to you if you do not feel like retyping it.
