| But LW does not own or control the network, you forget that it is a Gnutella network not a LW network. Therefore, LW does not have the right to monitor, control or impose any kind of conditions on the network.
I know you, and the the other guys, are worried about speed (both upload and download) but the only fair way that everybody can benefit is when telecom/ISP companies invest in better infrastructure and not impose stupid restrictions like "bandwidth shaping" on their users.
