 The limit is temporary. For example LimeWire by default allows three uploads at a time per host. Once one of those files has transferred you can then transfer another file. Also, I have found Browse Host will not work if the host is busy. You may not get an error that the host is busy so just keep trying to browse the host and eventually you'll get a file listing.  |
