| First, I am not a lawyer and have no contact with the legal profession but I can give you my layman's opinion based on British law, having recently served on a jury.
Pornography is not illegal in the UK, except (quite rightly) KP and some other objectionable stuff, so you cannot be arrested for using or distributing such material.
Next, British law is based on intent, i.e. did you intentionally download this (theoretically) proscribed material. Since you deleted this stuff once it was downloaded then “intent” cannot be proved.
However, since (I believe) you live in the US and our laws are similar, unless you live in a state that has legislated against this sort of porn, then you should be OK.
