 help needed! LimeWire took my money for LimeWire PRO, but won't give me the software I purchased LimeWire PRO two weeks ago. I received an e-mail saying "Thank you for choosing LimeWire PRO. Please go to www.limewire.com/support to find your link to download LimeWire PRO." But when I go there, it claims to not recognize my e-mail address (limewire.com@kalmar.us). They recognized the e-mail address when they collected my money. I replied to sales@limewire.com, but have not received a reply. Whom can I contact to receive my software? If this is not a common "problem" with LimeWire, please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you all. --David  |
