 LW's email support won't recognise your email address, since you didn't buy Pro from the official site (your email address won't be in the database)  You're far better off getting rid of the scam version & any other extras that came with it - who knows what kind of version you ended up with! It's a bit hard for us to help if you're using a scam version, it might be complete junk & never work properly. If you do decide to get the official version, make sure to use the offline installer (not the recommended one). http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml  |
