 Sgt .... would that it were that easy! The Chat feature just doesn't work often enough for it to be used even for this most simple of tasks!!! Please no links to how to chat etc. The system needs to be made to work in such a way that a simple message can be sent. We don't want an iChat/msn type feature ... just a simple method of sending a quick note!
