![]() As far as iPod is concerned, I don't think it matters in the slightest what is on the tags. The iPod should copy exactly what you have on iTunes. You can open the Browse function on iTunes to show artist and album and looking down the respective lists it should be possible to see of any repeated names. I feel reasonably certain that you will have double entries on iTunes, and if you correct them iPod will correct next time you up date it. If after a thorough check that your iTunes listings are ok ... remember you can order each column in the library by clicking on the top of it. ... your iPod will still not update correctly, only then would I reconsider restoring iPod. |
