The following is a link to the relevant part of the user manual. I'm not exactly sure what you can and cannot do with the Limewire orders, but a quick look suggests that date added is not an option

Personally I use iTunes which organizes my files in any order I like, and feeds my iPod. Win Amp is also excellent, I gather.
