 Golden oldie I'm a LW Pro user, always have been, but I don't think you will get better internet speed by changing from Basic to Pro. Internet speed is dependant on a lot of things that happen outside of your computer, i.e. congestion (you have to compete with telephone users), infrastructure (modern or outdated), distance from your download source, ISP policy on P2P usage, etc., any one or a combination of these things can slow your connection speed down. You would be better off waiting until broadband is available in your area, then upgrade to Pro. UK Bob PS.
