Thisis what may have happened:

Your purchase was voided immediately after it processed. This means it did not go through. However, if your card is connected to a bank account, the account will show the money withdrawn and then put back, once our accounts have settled the purchases for that day.

We've been tweaking our system to help prevent credit card fraud. The downside is that it impacts some international customers negatively. I do apologize for the difficulty in purchasing LimeWire PRO. I don't know that another purchase attempt would be fruitful, but a purchase through PayPal should work.

If you believe the purchase was not voided, please get in touch with us via the number listed next to the purchase on your credit card statement. Our friendly customer service people will sort it out for you.
